I’m so confused how she missed the basement window well if she went out that way. I could just be very bad at imagining the physics, but you need some “depth” “outwards momentum” kinda deal to not got the well. Again I have no idea I’m just confused😅😂

I audibly gasped when ol’ girl pulled out the band. Like that was soooooo unnecessary. I hope the jury took note of how far prosecutors are stretching to make testimony fit their narrative.

I think I may have missed something along the way. She testified that LC’s clothing was wet when she fell and that contributed to her body temp lowering as well. Makes sense but I think I missed how her clothing got wet to begin with. Have they said anything about that?

I am just catching up with today. The prosecutor bringing the band out and tossing it on the table infuriated me. The same would happen with a rope... AND these are elastic which is even more obvious that it could stay tight. The CW is doing a disservice to their own case.

How didn’t she have any skull fractures, or head trauma from landing head first? I mean I hit my head on the corner of my fridge door once and I had a knot of my head from over a week. Wouldn’t notations of head trauma be documented on her chart?
