I highly recommend not giving him the tablet. I was a public school teacher before becoming a cpa. Our kids are losing fine motor skills, independence skills, etc. He may love foam blocks, legos, indoor trampoline, etc. Even me studying for my exams required me to slow down and stop needing distractions I had the shortest attention span that I had build up.

Oh it’s definitely them tablets!! We keep my daughter’s out of sight so she can make her own fun even if they are “bored”. Use them for car rides & weekends for limited time

Y’all did the right thing. I saw the schools in Los Angeles are reconsidering giving kids tablets and chrome book. They’ve started limiting screen time based on the grade level and course requirements. 2cnd & 3rd graders only get 20 mins per day.

That’s why I had no screens for Gigi because the one time she had it her behavior changed. I use activities to keep her occupied when out . Yall did great with catching it ❤️❤️
