It’s to make your message easier and more enjoyable to consume. 👏 Because you could have the most helpful, meaningful, or entertaining thing to say... But if your text is impossible to read, your sound effects are louder than your voice, your video takes forever to get to the point, or there’s SO much happening that your viewer’s brain can’t keep up... They may scroll before they ever even hear it. I started editing my “yaps” two months ago because I knew we’re in a world of short attention spans and ever-scrolling thumbs.
