Hey! I really need your opinion on this Lindsay Clancy case because I’m so torn and confused. I think it’s because I keep an open mind. Since I keep an open mind, I go back-and-forth and back-and-forth. I also look at evidence. I just don’t stick with one thing and ride with it, I practice critical thinking skills which sometimes causes me to think beyond what I should. I’m sure that’s why I’m confused. The prosecution keeps changing their story and getting caught in lies, which makes me feel like they didn’t even investigate properly, and no one should be found guilty if it wasn't investigated correctly. The evidence is just so confusing and doesn't line up. I want her to get mental health help, but the thought of a murderer going free, meaning someone other than Lindsay, and another child being hurt is terrifying. You don't have to give me a long explanation, but as an attorney, do you personally think there’s more evidence leaning towards her being guilty, or more evidence leaning towards reasonable doubt? I’m just looking for some guidance from someone who understands the law!

Doesn’t that prove that it couldn’t have been her? She said the bands must stay consistently on to strangle someone in 5 min. Callum was only dead for 6-8 min as per the pathologist. Lindsay didn’t have time to do everything upstairs then

They needed to demonstrate with someone's arm... the band on skin... there's traction that prevents round bands from sliding. HAVE THEY NEVER SEEN A TOURNIQUETTE? What the prosecution did is not comparable... air versus skin... Honestly the expert AND Red had an opportunity to counter this nonsense. I need to revisit testimony of first responders to hear what if anything they said about seeing the bands before PC removed them. How did they fk this up so badly
