@theluxuryscene: Under (@underlindesnes) is located in Norway's southernmost point, where two storm systems collide. Snøhetta built Under right into that chaos, a 34-meter concrete form that slides off the rocks and settles five and a half meters underwater. Guests walk down an oak staircase to get to their table. Then the wall disappears, and it's just ocean, an 11-meter window onto the seabed, fish drifting past mid-course. The concrete's left rough on purpose. Kelp and limpets are already colonizing the shell, so the building is turning into a reef in real time. Reservations are currently available from August through February.
