Have been battling with this for soo many years,and now it has get worse to the extent even if i don't bath,i scratch my body 😭😥 and what i read onlind weeks ago was that the blood is becoming poisonous 🤔😳 qm fedup, wish to find help.... just last week someone still recommend 13k herb to me,i dont know if i should buy it cause have used several things that didn't work😪😭🤦

it's not severe but so uncomfortable I love cold water but I had to stop even hot water I noticed warm water is better but I can't bath without sponge, I use the soft one it was not serious until I relocated to bayelsa where the water made this worst for me immediately after bath I rush in with my body oil it helps reduce it but I enjoy to staying long in the bathroom especially cold shower but I have no choice 😩
