I spent my whole 20’s living in highland park. That theatre is a gem and the neighborhood has been so gentrified. Hope she really brings it back to what it was.

the community of highland park would love for it to STAY as an operating movie theatre! renovate it, keep its historic charm, show the latest movies at a fair price. sure, every now & then host special screenings for the celebs or indie influencers BUT KEEP IT OPERATING FOR THE COMMUNITY IT BELONGS TO 👏😤 pls
