People just sending 1 singular unserious sticker does NOT help btw long comments help better.for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now. it will get better, you have probably heard it a thousand times, it gets annoying but i promise you, in a few years when you are healed it will be something you look back on. if you have people to text, whether its family or friends, you have reasons to stay. one day at a time, grab a coffee with a friend, rip up a page of homework you just cant figure out, go out and enjoy the world in the night when its quiet. you do not need to prove you are enough to someone who sees what you don’t see in yourself. you are more than just a daughter or son or child, more than just a person. you are unique, with your hobbies, your life, your humor, your skills, your interests. there is a better road ahead, don’t let yourself derail before you see it. i know it is hard, but you are worth more than what you see in the mirror, you are worth more than the empty words that one voice in your head constantly tells you. your story isnt over for a reason, because there is something better for you just out of reach and you deserve to be able to reach it. you are loved, even when it doesnt feel like it. you are loved, even when you dont want to hear it. you are enough, even with a failing grade or having to stretch money out for your kiddos. you are doing amazing, even though you dont see it. i know it is hard, but you are closer to the stars than those voices in your head ever will be. you are enough. you are loved. you are cherished. you are worth people just sending 1 singular unserious sticker does NOT help btw long comments help better.for everyone who is struggling, please hold on. there is someone out there meant to be the person who holds you on those hard nights, there is a better road ahead and i know it is hard to see it right now. it will get better, you have probably heard it a thousand times, i copied this

El corazón funciona como una bomba muscular doble y continua que late aproximadamente 100,000 veces al día para mantener la sangre en constante movimiento por todo el cuerpo. Fisiológicamente, este órgano se divide en cuatro cavidades: dos superiores llamadas aurículas, que reciben la sangre, y dos inferiores llamadas ventrículos, que la expulsan. El ciclo comienza cuando la sangre desoxigenada de todo el cuerpo regresa al corazón a través de las venas cavas y entra en la aurícula derecha. Esta cavidad se contrae y empuja la sangre a través de la válvula tricúspide hacia el ventrículo derecho, el cual, al contraerse, envía la sangre hacia los pulmones mediante la arteria pulmonar; allí, la sangre libera dióxido de carbono y se recarga de oxígeno fresco. Una vez oxigenada, la sangre regresa al corazón por las venas pulmonares e ingresa a la aurícula izquierda. Desde ahí, pasa a través de la válvula mitral al ventrículo izquierdo, que es la cavidad más gruesa y potente del corazón, encargada de bombear la sangre con gran fuerza hacia la arteria aorta para distribuirla por todo el organismo. Todo este movimiento mecánico está perfectamente coordinado por un sistema eléctrico intrínseco que genera sus propios impulsos; el viaje eléctrico inicia en el nodo sinusal, el marcapasos natural ubicado en la aurícula derecha, que envía una señal para que ambas aurículas se contraigan simultáneamente. Esta corriente viaja luego al nodo auriculoventricular y se propaga rápidamente por los ventrículos a través del haz de His y las fibras de Purkinje, provocando la contracción ventricular. Este proceso cíclico consta de dos fases principales: la diástole, que es el momento de relajación donde las cavidades se llenan de sangre, y la sístole, que es la fase de contracción y vaciado, asegurando así un flujo vital ininterrumpido. Malgré les progrès technologiques réalisés au cours des dernières décennies, une immense partie des fonds marins demeure encore inexplorée. Les scientifiques estiment que nous connaissons davantage la surface de certaines planètes ou de la Lune que les profondeurs de nos propres océans. À mesure que l'on descend sous la surface, la lumière disparaît progressivement, laissant place à un univers où règnent l'obscurité, le froid et une pression colossale. Pourtant, la vie y prospère d'une manière spectaculaire. Des poissons capables de produire leur propre lumière grâce à la bioluminescence, des créatures aux formes étonnantes, des méduses translucides, des calmars géants et des organismes microscopiques composent un monde qui semble parfois tout droit sorti d'un film de science-fiction. Les courants marins jouent également un rôle essentiel dans l'équilibre de la planète. Ils transportent la chaleur entre les différentes régions du globe, influencent le climat, participent à la formation des tempêtes et permettent à de nombreuses espèces de migrer au fil des saisons. Sans ces immenses mouvements d'eau, les conditions de vie sur Terre seraient très différentes. Les océans absorbent aussi une partie importante du dioxyde de carbone présent dans l'atmosphère et produisent une grande quantité de l'oxygène que nous respirons grâce au phytoplancton, ces minuscules organismes invisibles à l'œil nu mais indispensables à la vie. Les récifs coralliens figurent parmi les écosystèmes les plus riches de la planète. Bien qu'ils ne couvrent qu'une faible partie des océans, ils accueillent une incroyable diversité d'espèces animales et végétales. Poissons tropicaux, étoiles de mer, hippocampes, tortues marines, crustacés et mollusques y cohabitent dans un équilibre remarquable.
