1.) identify and stop the leak 2.) Water extraction. 3.) blowers and dehumidifiers for up to 72 hrs. 4.) dry wall repairs if necessary. That’s it folks, of the unit is properly dried, there is no mold growth. Leaks happen every fucking day. Yall want a whole new apartment built each time.

Some of yall are the reason why us property managers have high blood pressure. The carpet DOES NOT need to be changed just because water got on it. If it’s addressed immediately and dried properly, there will be absolutely no issue
