The hardest job I construction is Finishing Manager Role. Because he has to handover the building. ( Flats or houses). He has rectified all the mistakes Site Manager or Fit Out Manager done or let them go ( turned blind eye) just to look good in the progress getting. Finishing Manager has to deal (batle) with all the trades every day to bring them back on and rectify all the snags or unfinished work which site or fit out Manager saying those flats are ready for inspection. That's my point of view. No disrespect to all the site managers out there.

The hardest is the PM or the senior leader on the job. They have overall responsibility for safety, quality, programme , design etc. all other roles only have either one of those or partially responsible for all.
