I braid mine up into 3 strands I don’t do any other style, once a month, wash, dry grease and water for the braids and oil and water for the scalp, I leave it in as long as I want because DF it ain’t single braids it’s mine so the longer the better, leave that hair alone and just let it grow, after a long period of now taking it out it inches up a bit
