#ad My kitchen is finally getting the attention it has so desperately needed since we moved in with the help of @Brother USA #brotherpartner. My spice cabinet, specifically, has been such a problem area that has gone neglected for far too long. It may seem like such a small change, but after switching everything to matching containers and clearly labeling everything, my kitchen feels so much more like home. Cooking is easier, my spices look cute, and it overall just feels much less cluttered. Try your P-Touch Label Maker today! Link my bio✨ - @mariahjoyyy

IT’S APOCALYPSE TRAINING DAY. Today’s Tips ⬇️ REST TIME? None between exercises. Between rounds, as little as possible. Enough to get your breath back but just push to get the entire 5 round circuit done as fast as possible. The first time you try this, it might be hard. It might be slow. It was for me too. YOUR best is ALL that matters. 🧟‍♀️ BURPEES: our goal is to be explosive with these, jump as high and fast as you can on the up. And get the down completed as quickly as possible. There are loads of different ways to do burpees. eg, with a press up at the bottom. This isn’t one of those. This is just 6 (and then 6 again) fast and painful reps. APOCALYPSE VISUAL 😎: I like to picture dodging something being thrown at me and having to get up really frickin fast to attacc lols. 🧟‍♀️ SLED: pick a weight you can move relatively fast (some days we will do super heavy sled, but not for this circuit. This will hurt after burpees. But that’s good. COS WE DIG MF’IN DEEP. APOCALYPSE VISUAL: pushing one of your wounded team mates to safety. One for all and all for one type beat. cos we ain’t leaving no wo(man) (or dawg 🐾) behind 😤 🧟‍♀️ FARMERS WALKS: you can use kettlebells, dumbbells, plates or sandbags for this. Same weight each side today. Brace your core as your walk. We are also working our grip strength today, especially whilst fatigued. So aim for a weight that’s challenging. 15 seconds should feel majorly uncomfortable. It’s OKAY if you have to put them down every now and again. Take a second and keep going even if it’s broken into segments. APOCALYPSE VISUAL: Carrying emergency supplies. 🩺 🧟‍♀️BURPEES… AGAIN??: yes. Un(fortunately). Muehehe. This one is to push your mental strength. The first three exercises will have exhausted you already. Can you still be fast, explosive.. THROUGH THAT? Cos those zombies dgaf how tired we are… DIG DEEP Make sure to warm up and cool down. Warm up can be a fast treadmill walk with 60 seconds of a jog at the end, and some dynamic stretches. Apocalypse training involves a lot of unusual and dynamic movements so your joints and body need to be warm beforehand. Enjoy. We got zombies to fxck up ☠️🏴‍☠️
