I use to work for Xerox as a tech, I got a call it wouldn't power on, I asked them to check the power cable they said they did, I drove 45 minutes to plug the cable into the back of the Xerox.

I use to work for Apple a few years ago. I had a guy call in because his Apple Printer stopped working. Apple stopped making printers in 1997. I hate printer tickets.

If the printer setup is correct, go to Services and restart the Print Spooler service. Otherwise, stop the service then restart the service. If it is still stuck, go to the Print Queue in file explorer and delete the files in the folder (they just pending print jobs).

my favorite printer ticket was from our troublechild site, it just had a subject and body saying PRINTER NO PRINTER, no other details, not even a signature from the user with their number or extension to be reached at. course they lady never responds to the email I send her asking details, so I gotta call dang place and ask for the user, oh she's gone to lunch and won't be back till way late...
