A skill, which is just a markdown file of instructions, downloads the video, turns the audio into a word-for-word transcript, pulls a still frame every few seconds, and hands Claude both. What was said and what was on the slides. Then you ask real questions. Why did this hook work. What's the framework the speaker never read out loud.
