If you have pelvic floor hypertension or Vegas nerve tension this is supposedly not good for long periods of time on your pelvic floor muscles. Just sharing what my pelvic floor therapist told me. That being said I mean no harm, by all means snatch that waist!! just wanna spread the info too :)
