Starting off the back makes no sense to me. Like yeah there’s nobody back there right now, but what happens in 2 hours when you come to do the front? If you’re only doing 9 and nobody’s on the back go nuts but otherwise just stay on the schedule

It’s the people that bitch pro shop guys out for rates that have nothing to do with them behind the counter. Or for course conditions that have nothing to do with them. You can only take so much before it kills your spirit. And then every interaction after that is just annoying and you’re ready to go home.
