honestly compared to the other restaurants in bruton you’re not missing a lot with the chapel - it’s good but the others are so much better! Their pastries and bread are phenomenal though and their pizzas are great (and available to take away) also to confirm the godminster car park is free, it’s basically the only reliable spot for parking in town that lasts more than 2 hours!

the honey whiskey and honey rum at the Godminster farm shop are absolutely gorgeous, would highly recommend

Godminster is a cheese shop not a wine shop! They did us a cake of cheese for our wedding 🧀 also if you come back the pastries from the chapel bakery are next level!!! They do a little pop up in Shaftesbury too if you’re ever that way! ❤️
