I was in 9th grade at Madison East High School in Madison, WI. My classmate, Maxwell Peterson who had angelman syndrome, was shot in the head with a nail gun by his own father. I think he was tired of caring for his special needs son. A tribute to him by a tree in the front of the school remains to this day. At graduation the seat he was meant to have was kept empty.

This is my best friend, Rebecca. She went by Becca. She was heavily bullied by classmates and cyber bullied as well. She took her life on September 10,2013. I miss her every single day. Not a day goes by I don’t think of her.

he was a grade above me, but EVERYONE loved him. he was kind, funny, smart. got a full ride to his dream college and he was gonna graduate in two weeks. he was visiting family in mexico when he got a call saying his sister was in labour, so he drove the entire night to witness the birth of his niece. an 18 wheeler plowed right into him, apparently the guy fell asleep on the wheel and swerved across 8 lanes. he died an hour before his niece was born, they named her after him.

the freak accidents are the worst. this guy literally slept on his arm wrong and it caused a severe blood clot that blocked blood flow to his brain. he just… went to sleep and never woke up.

He died tucked into bed at a house party, he showed up late and seemed already drunk. His buddies put him to bed, got him water and a snack, and the next morning he was dead. He had actually been overdosing, and wasn’t drunk. He OD’d alone in that room as the party went on. And his friends thought he was safe. Fucking heart breaking.

one of my good friends was mauled to death by Rottweilers after putting his younger brother in a tree for safety, 5th grade. dogs were playing tug-o-war with his body when the police got there. they had to shoot them bc they wouldn't stop

not a classmate, but when I was in Kindergarten a fifth grader got cancer. it was so severe that he couldn't use his make-a-wish to go anywhere so he used it to better the school.

she was walking back home from the gas station with her brother and a car was about to hit them, she pushed him out of the way and he hit her. she was declared brain dead on life support for two weeks before their parents had to pull the plug because of costs. i was bus buddies with the brother, he used to be a loud, energetic, talkative kid, he was never the same after she passed. she was 12, her name was cornelia 🕊️

Kid was the sole survivor of his families murder suicide. He had been shot in the head and wasn't found for two days. He was somehow still alive when he was found and was left blind, he was able to graduate early but sadly died around a year later from complications related to the incident.

Senior year a classmate died in a car accident on their way home from spending Thanksgiving with family out of state. She was sitting in the middle and was apparently leaning through the front seats talking to her parents. She went through the windshield. Only one killed.

A kid I knew stepped onto an electrical box with his friend and got electrocuted. He died and the electricity went through him and into his friend. Luckily the friend survived but the other did not. I believe he was 12 at the time.

TW mrdr: not my classmate but classmate of a friend. She and her mom were offed by her stepdad, rolled up in the carpet and the carpet laid there for aprox. 6 days before they were found. 💔

in middle school a kid down the street from me got some oxys and took them with his friend when they were having a sleepover. he was small for his age and OD'd in his sleep. his mom found him the next morning

We were 12, our classmates were bullying her like you wouldn’t believe. She had a really fucked up home life while being bullied. I tried rlly hard to keep her alive but in the end she’s forever 12. Adolescent suicide needs more attention.

In middle school a groups of 5 siblings passed in a house fire while their mom was working the night shift. The older two were twins, and the female twin was found hanging out of the bedroom window with the youngest child wrapped in her arms. All they were trying to do was cook supper & left a burner on by accident

Commenting on stupid things. :
My best friend from 10 to 12 was black and I am white. Bloods in the area told us to stop being friends or they would make us stop. We didn’t listen. They did a drive by on us a couple weeks later and we ran to hide behind some cars. I didn’t get hit but he did. I held him as he died. It’ll be 23 years ago next month.
