@_charihawkins: Look at my fingers!!!! 😂😂😂 I decided to get into an ice tub, then I got out and said "wait let me film one while I'm here" and got back in 😭 cold therapy is great, can't you tell I'm having so much fun? 🫣 no really, I love it... and had I done it again, I would have dipped in the hot tub first for a minute and then gone back for more and it would have been contrast therapy!
