if you play gacha before genshin some of them doesn't have pity or sometimes you need 300 or even 1500 pull to get the banner character

Umamusume, one of the most "recent" popular gacha games, even affecting real life horse races, has no pity Literally none, you either pray to the gods or get absolutely nothing for 200 pulls and THEN you can exchange points for the card or trainee you want

I like people say that wuwa have better gacha than genshin because os the weapon banner that is a lie. Wuwa don't have a single good 4 star weapons but in genshin you can use 3 star weapons and do the endgame

It’s so funny because cookie run kingdom released only a few months after genshin and it has one of the worst gacha systems of all time. There is NO guarantee in crk. None. There’s increased chances and stuff, but there is absolutely no guaranteed to get a character. Hell, even the promotional/main push of a patch has NO guarantee. You get them as a REWARD for doing a certain amount of pulls, not that you get them during the ___ wish 😭😭😭

Dokkan? In Dokkan you at least have a good chance at pulling new Units when you dont have a Lot of Stones and you also just can pull the unit Once and your good in Genshin its 3-6 Months of Saving because you need multiple Copies for the character and weapon for the unit to be good Dokkans Pity is also 20 Times Better than Genshins dont include Dokkan in these convos

Not all gacha games even have PITY 😭😭😭 Call Genshin/Hoyo greedy, that’s a given, but the most predatory??? Play Fate Grand Order, Summoners War, Nexon, honestly anything handled by Bamco.

Hate genshin or what not, but they're the pioneer of a more forgiving Gacha mechanic and a precursor to gacha games with effort. Could be better yes, but because of Genshin, companies now see that there are markets for single player F2P games like Wuwa, NTE, Enfield and even WWM plus upcoming games like Silver Palace. Before Genshin, Imagine gacha but there's no pity mechanics with piss poor gameplay. FGO, it took someone more than $6000 to finally get their rate up character.

people believing that genshin has it the worst definitely didn't try other games. for a while I started playing Cookie run kingdom, that also has a gatcha element. it has high rarity cookies too, and when a new powerful one is added, they throw a "special gatcha* where you HAVE to either farm f2p or pay for GATCHA CURRENCY. not to mention how the pity of that system is a guarantee after 250 pulls, and you barely get anything good if you're unlucky! so genshin is by far the most generous.
