@industrygirlco: Finally trying the ‘Lunch in my city’ trend & big surprise I got Edith’s sandwich counter 🤪 Ofc I had to try their summer special corn BLT with seasonal heirloom tomatoes. I gotta say, a lot of ‘T’ not enough ‘B’ for me. The thick slices of tomatoes kept falling out, making a mess, but I do love heirlooms so I wasn’t exactly mad at it. Do wish the tomatoes were salted or there was more bacon to add saltiness.
