@astro_geek8: The Big Bang was a monumental explosion and a widely accepted theory in astrophysics. It was originally proposed by a Catholic priest, highlighting how unique this perspective is. Essentially, the Big Bang marked the beginning of time and the universe as we know it. Imagine it as a vast, hot bubble forming the foundation of everything. Remarkably, our solar system came into existence around 9 billion years after this initial event. Galaxies began forming about 13.4 to 13.5 billion years ago, coinciding with the explosion of the Big Bang. This theory continues to shape our understanding of the cosmos. #fyp #viral #spacefacts #bigbang #facts

the theory was created by a CATHOLIC PREIST

I get this is a theory but me personally I think the Big Bang Theory is very poor, this is because the Big Bang had to of had a start. It was an event, caused by something. Therefore it had a start and something creating it. That means multiple elements were made before it. Saying “I don’t know what was before it” is a very poor claim due to there being nearly an insane amount of solutions out there. For example. Go to a half court line on a basketball court. You spin a couple times not even knowing where you are facing. You randomly throw it supposing that you’re right and that it is gonna go in. Basically just hoping for the best. But making it in the hoop and being right is a very low chance. Missing it is the multiple solutions that could be possible of happening. Something eternal had to be living, if you try to find a creator of a creator it is infinite, can’t ever find the end. Therefore, the stuff that started the big bang could’ve not even been the eternal thing that was living forever. On the God topic. He was eternal. A reliable source to create a functioning earth. In the Big Bang, you don’t even know the start. Throwing guesses is very inefficient. I get that it is a theory but personally I think it is an unreliable idea to rely on the reason of people.

Off topic but hearing the word big bang theory reminds me of “the universe was a hot dense state nearly 14 billion years ago expanions started (wait)”

Can you type this out?

𝓂𝒶𝓇𝒾ℯꨄ :

did yk that scientists are actually testing this theory with chemicals (idk what its called sorryyy) spinning around eachother at lights speed and they can only hold for 2 seconds but if we can get them to hold it actually proves the big bang theory to be correct and it wont be just simply a theory anymore!!

korbin :

So it wasn’t an actual big bang it was it expanding out rapidly creating it not a “bang” I could try to go into it more but I just don’t know how to word it

🌷 :

Ok but how did the big bang theory get created and how do people know this information without going and exploring the universe

No end no beginning
