I am Appalachia :
I’m very empathetic so I have a soft heart and will bend over backwards to help someone. I’ve often wondered if I do it for ego proposes to make myself feel better about myself or if I have a God complex or am I genuinely doing it to help. It’s always something to think about. I also have started setting boundaries. I used to help until it about killed me. You can only do so much and hurting yourself is not the way.

I have dreams that are like looking back on my life but I see where it would have been if I choose different answer. Kinda like the Christmas Carol but instead of seeing mistakes such as the Mr Scrooge did, I see that life wouldn't be better and the choices i made were the best answers. We do indeed condemn ourselves in this life.
