The Morrill Fire was Nebraska’s largest recorded wildfire in state history, burning more than 600,000 acres and affecting grazing lands for upwards of 35,000 cattle statewide. And that was the fire that hit our friends at the Circle L Ranch hard — grass, fences, and years of hard-won work gone in a matter of hours. Ranching families take care of their own, and that's exactly what this night is about. So what do we do when friends are in need? We help out! Join Kent Rollins and the chuck wagon crew for an old-fashioned cowboy steak supper, cooked the way it's always been done — over the coals, out of the wagon, with the kind of food that built the West. Kent and Shannon will be right there in the middle of it, feeding the crowd and telling a few stories along the way, with a little entertaining from Kent to round out the evening.
