What I hate is they removed a scene where the spot goes to a bar with all the super villains are hanging out and he just deletes them because they all made fun of him for being a weak villain. If they kept that in we would be talking bout him more seriously.

While I agree we should take him seriously, I think the reason they discarded the face spot changing is because the spot is SUPPOSED to lose his ability to express himself and his humanity. That’s the entire point of his character and the reason he’s mad. Or that’s what I think atleast

The bagel is not the reason why he became spot, the bagel hit is the product of him working at alchamax and chasing miles. That’s why he blames miles, he became spot because he didn’t flee on time when the collider exploded.

Apparently there was a deleted scene where he was at a villain Bar and he wanted to be taken seriously and everyone else was making fun of him. And there was then supposed to be a post credit scene where he goes back to the bar and kills everyone who made fun of him

my personal fav detail is how in his flashbacks he portrayed himself as handsome, fit, and charismatic (plus being Doc Ock's partner) when later on we see in he was some random dude who was irrelevant until he got mutated and then Ock was only interested in his powers

The expressions would have been cool to see him slowly be able to gain over time with control of his power, but turns it off completely in moments when you need to take him seriously. Example: when he tells Miles he'll take everything he loves away. But I'm also happy with the choice to not have them at all
