Saying this as a Filipino myself, because the videos I've watched since childhood are mostly English, I can copy that accent, but at the same time I can also forget to speak it fluently. Watch Kaycee and Rachel in Wonderland they speak English in their videos yet they still have that Filipino accent which is similar to how Sophia is speaking.

sophias clip was while they were in the philippines!! it's very, very normal (and an actual thing called accent reversion) for your accent to come back when being around people who speak with an accent or just when you speak your first language a lot. people who speak multiple languages tend to copy the accent of the people they speak to—and it's even more common for people with ADHD like sophia (called accent mirroring) to do it. no, she is not forcing it.
