I’m sure Benny the one who attacked (not the one in this video) her was put down especially since the attack was so severe. I’m sure it’s just hard for her to talk about! God speed on your recovery! ❤️🩹 prayers.

I have 2 Danes that recently got into a fight with each other. I couldn’t break it up for what seemed like forever. It was terrifying. If one or both of them turned on me I would be dead now. You are so strong. I can’t imagine your PTSD after this. Take care of yourself.

All of these comments about the breed. Ignorance & lack of knowledge. The breed doesn't matter! My dad & step-mom had a BEAGLE from the time he was 8 weeks old. He bit multiple family members, and then a neighbor. A BEAGLE! You know, the BREED they use for testing bc they're SO docile!?

not all pits are bad. they have a bad rep for attacking but not all attack. a lady in the state i live in was killed by two Boston terriers. if they have teeth they can bite. cat,dog,rat etc. just glad you are ok

Pit Bulls can be the most loving, loyal, and sweet dogs a person could ask for! Look at her dog right next to her! At the same time, the paramedic and nurse speaking out in the comments are also correct. They have seen enough trauma over the course of their careers to have a valid opinion. I think we spend a lot of time arguing each side when both can be correct. What is the best way to move forward and prevent attacks while also maintaining safe and loving environments for these amazing animals? We can all hopefully agree on spaying and neutering our pets. Yearly temperament tests? Licensed homes. Restricting access to children? Those are just three examples I’m giving to show that the conversation has to start somewhere. I’m so sorry this happened and I can’t imagine how hurt you are over the dog being put down. 😔 I know Diamond is taking really great care of you. She seems like the best girl! ❤️🩹

Once you've been attacked by a dog it can really mess with you mentally, please if you are struggling at all, speak to a professional. As someone looking in, the dog in your video is giving "I'm uncomfortable" signals as well- stay aware. Wishing you strength through this difficult time.

Hugs girl! My friends dog escaped his crate and ripped me out of my car my my calf. It’s so traumatic and I’m so sorry. What changes is your resilience and trust while helping dogs in the future. I personally cannot foster anymore or do kennel evaluations or play groups. xo xo

why would you Foster more than one dog pitbull or whatever breed sometimes you can't have them together with other dogs and if it attacked you and you're choking this dog out you're saying it's unbelievable cuz that dog would be dead if it attack me

Wait, not the dog in the video, right? The one whose face is right next to your face in this video? Please tell me that is not the dog that tried to off you. I’m only asking because in the beginning of the video you said “so my foster dog, this little guy right here, Benny”. So it really sounds like it was that dog. If it was that dog, this will not end well for either if you, I can almost promise you that.
