rounding isn't the issue, it's only labeling nutritional value per serving size and not per 100g

What’s your opinion on this? 25gram is 101 calories and 20grams protein

Seo Eun-Hyun :
tic-tacs are 100% sugar but they can market themselves as 0 sugar since they round it

This is why the EU standardizes their labels to 100g of product which must be displayed, it eliminates the ambiguity of the situation. Sprays can opt to declare <.5g of fat on their label per serving but the calorie mark per serving will reflect the 2 calories you get. EU rules make the situation clearer and less misleading but they have many downfalls that US labels encourage. Each of the labels are around the same in effect but the EU label prevents misleading labeling while the US label encourages visual and often micronutrients transparency advantages at the cost of edge situations where manufacturers may be misleading with the serving sizes of their products.

i don’t understand how you’re for this? they’re clearly exploiting the serving size to make it appear as 0 calories, when an actual serving size would bring it up to 20-30 calories based off of the assumption that it’s 0

This is such a nothing problem. If you use the spray as intended it is functionally zero calories added to a meal. Be mad at something consequential.

if they didn't want you to know, then they wouldn't make the rounding rules they have available to know

Tic tacs are zero per mint so like 200 for a bottle with 100. it's cheating. should be required to say the whole container macros

It's labels like these that remind you that serving sizes are made up.
