It is slower and calmer .. you can hear urself think, move slower, and double check yourself .. you also have downtime to read standard protocol etc

Absolutely. I started on nights in July. Woke up to a text two weeks ago from my manager saying she wants me to get 2 weeks of day shift experience so I’m doing that rn and it SUCKSSS! It’s so busy with rounds, family, constant new orders. I hate it 😭I go back to nights next week and I’m so ready.
