If this is a venting journal it was negligent to not have put a passcode on it. Mine has an elaborate one cause i would NEVER want anyone to hear those thoughts but it helps me process them to see and hear them. And they arent permanent thoughts either. I wouldnt expect anyone to forgive me if they read or heard that shit. I have so much trauma my mind is an insane and scary place and without elaborate context and feeling those thoughts could never be understood, hell i don’t even understand my own weeks later. Poor op 😭

There's a difference between a fleeting thought meant to be venting & having a whole ass document dedicated to writing everything you dislike about someone. This is stuff you do for an enemy, someone you hate that's making your life hell. She should recognize this for what it is... the checkered flag cuz her marriage is done...
