Plot and collect receipts. Document, document, document. Packup and have my new place, no contact order and new job already in play. I will never let a tear fall or be shown until it's completely done and I'm in my own space and setup. Then I take my furbaby and just let out some tears and go boxing and let out the rage because my tears are not sadness just straight rage. Not for the act but for allowing myself be in that situation which isn't fair to myself so then therapy comes i to play.

I sat as a male thinking maybe I could show up more than I was but wasn’t enough. And I broke when my father was the last parent I had left passing and she gave no empathy. I called her out , she tried to keep my dog I got to keep god bless . But I never dated ever since . That was 27 and I’m 37 , rather be alone then ever feel that way or vulnerable like that again.

It's always a little sweeter when they assume you are so dumb and oblivious but you've been holding all the cards, gathering evidence, and getting prepared to leave on your own terms. Not the plan he had thought was playing out.

Even when they’re caught they never tell the truth about all of it. There’s a huge difference between someone doing something wrong and eventually confessing because their conscious and guilt catches up to them versus someone who maintained a false story until maintaining it was no longer possible. The truth was forced out, not that she independently decided that I deserved honesty.

i didn’t explode with anger like i thought i would. instead i stood there in front of him and i cried. i cried so hard i almost vomited. and all i could ask him was “you hurt me. why? why would you do that to me?” the memory of that cry alone break my heart. i didn’t deserve that.

99% that know and do nothing is because they can't handle. 1% do nothing because that part of their life is just that just a part it's almost insignificant and they know there's other aspects of life

Well, I got his mistress fired because she slept with a married client😉. No it wasn’t me who got her fired. I just made the complaint. It was her behavior that got her fired just to clarify.
