Sounds made up, why would a man rent a suit for $250, when you actually buy one a cheaper. It a tuxes men rent for $250. Because they are very expensive to buy. why are they asking for reimbursement of the bachalore party and gift? he went on a trip right? You heard no complaint so I assume he had a good time. The gift he can return.

Two observations: one, a 22 year old shouldn’t be getting married. Two, I don’t think the groom owes OP any money. You agreed to be in the wedding and to spend whatever was necessary. I DO think the groom should return your gift so you can at least get that money back.
