Wait wait wait I’m in the same boat. Ever since I’ve been postpartum and have had horrible stress & anxiety I’ve had a tightness, sore achy feeling across my whole upper chest. Had all the tests done & everything and my doctors think it’s muscular related from stress & my posture etc!
