Those 29 other owners don’t care YET. They are not going to publicly speak out against the richest, most powerful owner preemptively. The Lakers & Raptors don’t care about Kawhi because the Clippers didn’t win ANYTHING as a result of cheating to sign Kawhi Leonard. They were also already aware that Kawhi was asking teams to circumvent the salary cap. Your criticism of Pablo also makes no sense. He QUIT his job with Disney/ESPN specifically to avoid the clickbait & engagement farming journalism. He cares about this story because, yes, it is his legacy. But also because he came across a once in a lifetime, unicorn of a story.
