You know what’s even more interesting? Some of the things we’ve found in returned books: weed, snake skin, used napkins, bank statements, flight information and tickets, money, credit cards—just to name a few!

I have found a half eaten lemon, a banana peel stuffed under a chair, phones/wallets, tons of water bottles, a shoe, a not nice present left on the carpet from a dog that was snuck into the library and spit out cherry seeds inside a returned book. 😅
