Your foundation is about one shade too dark. The first concealer is too neutral. Skin is not meant to be one flat colour. So, to balance it out, go more warm with the highlighting concealer something along the lines of Milk Makeup Fluid Creamy Hydrating Concealer (NW21) as far as shade match.
