Those Fontana drivers were fired for stealing money from the company by adding extra activities that weren’t approved and weren’t actually doing. The A2D drivers are not paid at a lower pay rate either thats a lie.

Wal-Mart trucker here. Wal-Mart is offering a trucking school program for select employees. once they get their CDL and pass our on-boarding process, they start at the same wages all new truckers here start at. first year average for any first year driver is $110k

I just got fired about three weeks ago from the location in Buckeye. They canned me for forgetting to put my tire stop in behind the wheel. It wasn’t like this six months ago but now they’re enforcing policies to get rid of senior drivers. I was making 130 a year.

according to a confidential informant, a bunch of drivers and office staff were fired for wage theft. this individual told me that people were making over $500 a day while other drivers were making way less for the same amount of work.

None of the store employees have cdls pretty much lol. Having a CDL is definitely a requirement takes weeks to get and I doubt Walmart is gonna pay for store employees to goto trucking schools then train them. That would cost them more in the long run.

Not true man. Walmart ain’t skimping drivers and they aren’t trying to save a dollar by cutting pay. And Walmart has the lowest accidents. Wym all the accidents!? Also A2D drivers make the same pay as me.
