They seem chill or mean on the outside but he actually has a sad backstory that explains every wrong thing he’s done. He’s one of those characters that girls will put on their hear me out lists to be quirky. He’s kind of like those characters that ppl draw when they make those “turning this thing into a human!”. hot take: indie animation is the new tween media. the themes and storylines are just mature enough for them to not be considered childish but are dealt w in such a mediocre/surface level way that it makes it more digestible for tweens rather than the adult audience it’s aiming for
