In Jan 2024 I went into surgery and my phone was a hot mess of emergency notices when I got it back. The city was caught so off guard but at least now they have real notice to do the work they need to do. If they don’t, the courts need to straighten them out.

near my home there's a ton of trees and stuff in the channel even though they started clearing it but didnt finish and by the time el Nino comes I doubt it will be good.

the people in the neighborhood never clean up and clogged the storm drain and they continue to throw trash everywhere. That’s the reason why it clogs.
