Then sign it in your home. And not in the hospital or on the hospitals letterhead and don't use the hospitals stamp. You said these are legal fees. so when there are legal suits or issues, will the hospital be implicated or not?

Are you going to use the hospital’s letterhead or the doctor’s personal letterhead to write the medical report? Why must the payment go directly to the clinician? In situations when the court calls to defend the report, are you aware that in the absence of that clinician, the hospital is required to provide an equally qualified clinician to defend the report? When there’s law suit, do you think only the clinician is sued or they sue both the doctor and the hospital? You are misinterpreting what GMA said about medical report. Check out how it is properly done especially in the teaching hospitals. Ghana Health Service should not be a standard for such cases.
