The footage was reportedly recorded during a party at a ranch in Higueras de Abuya, Sinaloa, El Meño’s home territory and one of the areas where he has historically held his strongest influence. In the video, El Meño and Panter Bélico can be seen riding horses together, surrounded by people enjoying the party. El Meño's other aliases are: “El 4x1”, "04" or “El Fugitivo". El Meño is considered one of the most important and trusted figures around Ismael Zambada Sicairos, “El Mayito Flaco,” and today is identified as his right hand and top operator within La Mayiza. His relationship with the Zambada organization goes back years, originally through El Mayo Zambada and more recently alongside Mayito Flaco. Panter Bélico has also referenced El Meño’s world through his music, making this footage particularly unusual: one of La Mayiza’s most important figures openly riding alongside one of Mexico’s best-known corrido singers, right in El Meño’s own territory.
