Rather than treating retirement as the slow march towards death, I'm treating it as a new phase in my life. I've stopped reminiscing "I used to be a ... " "I used to have a ... " - no-one is interested so I only talk about me in the present - "I'm doing 15000 steps a day, I'm renovating a property in Spain, I'm volunteering as a ... " Working for me so far 😉

I retired 3 months ago. I agree with everything you said. My relationship with God is my first priority, then my health. I get early sunshine 🌞 at the golf course working on lowering my handicap, then I go to the gym 🏋️♂️, then home to do my chores. It's difficult to find healthy food to eat. everything has chemicals and preservatives. thanks for your message 💯
