@ryderthedal: Running with my dog was never about losing weight but rather becoming healthier, happier, and stronger for my future self. Forever grateful for how much this dog and this sport changed my life. #dog #dogs #canicross #Running #transformation

I accidentally adopted a malinois/heeler mix… I’m down 60lbs

Theo :

genuinely thought at the beginning you meant they drove you to drink😂😂

Mads & The Dogs🐾 :

I literally feel this so hard in my core.. down almost 100 pounds since getting Ripley🥹

🐾Eden🐾 :

I currently have a puppy of a very high energy breed. I didn't know until I got her. and this... kinda made me hope we will come out of it okay

Lauren & Asha 🐾 :

Perfect example of; “being a high energy dog owner is lifestyle, not just something to show off” love to see this💪🏼💪🏼

Jessica Strati :

For me it's about the adventures. Having huskies and this park can be over 5 miles.

Ash :

YES FINALLY!!! I was not expecting my first dog to be high energy but boy did it hit me like a brick! First got Apollo and in the first year I lost 50 lbs just going on so many walks/runs with him. Wouldn’t change a single thing 🥹

Julie Murray :

This has literally happened to me 🤣 God gave us high-energy dogs to give us healthy bodies and minds 🐕🪽🙌

Gus | Border Collie :

and the healing they bring ❤️‍🩹🥹
