My first comment on this case was that I didn’t see her as someone suffering from mental health issues. She seemed completely normal to me, but afraid of being sentenced.

I blame the internet for turning us on each other and getting all high and mighty. I have flip flopped between believing shes guilty, innocent, and insane because there’s such strong cases for all of them, NOT because I’m a mom who’s afraid I’ll do the same lol. I’m just trying to be a good person by not jumping to conclusions but the more I learn, the harder it is to know what to believe. Everyone gotta stop coming for each other idk why this has become so political.

Only thing is I genuinely don’t understand there is too many gaps blood under the nightstand leg ? the timeline? no the fingerprints on the knife? There’s too many uncertain things to just take Patrick’s word for it. Why can’t they do a full analysis of his phone? If I was innocent I would have zero issue giving it up willingly. The investigators didn’t even grab her Apple Watch which is being used as evidence. Why did she have two phones? Why was he not trying to save callen instead just sitting on the couch callen still had a heartbeat? Why did he go to Costa Rica right after they died? I’m not sure any parents whos 3 children were just unalived would still go on vacation. it just doesn’t add up and that is lots of reasonable doubt

Most of Lindsay defenders are moms who at some point struggled with motherhood. You're not going to convince them that Pat is innocent because they are heavily projecting. If you say that Lindsay k!ll3d her kinds, they'd view it as if you implied that they are capable of such crime.

The biggest problem for me to even believe she was in a state of psychosis when she did it, is the phone call when he was at CVS. He called and she didn’t answer, then she called him back and had a coherent, rational conversation about the medicine for her daughter. That testimony with the call logs that back up that testimony has been the biggest issue for me. I want to believe as a human that she was insane and in psychosis but that one single call is a big problem for me. But, we will see what the jury decides.
