Making a change in your life can be scary, but sometimes it's just what you need. I know this first hand because l've been there. I was unhappy, moody, and had no motivation while I was sick. I knew I had to make a change and as soon as I did, I felt like I was ready to start making progress... and I did! After spending some time listening to my body, I knew I was ready to stop taking my medication during my flare-ups. It was hard at times, but I remained strong and committed. I never doubted myself and my decision, and from that point on, I haven't taken medication since. My journey didn't happen overnight. It took years of hard work, tough times, and huge sacrifices, but it was all worth it. I am now in the best place I have ever been, living my best holistic life, and I wouldn't change a thing. My journey and the results that I have achieved are what drives me now, and why I am so committed to our community and helping others achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
