I was told that our 15 minute breaks are actually 10 minute breaks and the 5 comes from the 2 1/2 minutes they allotted us to walk to and from the break room 😵💫

So its a 10 minute break with 2 and a half minutes to walk to the break room and 2 and a half minute to walk back to your station included, equaling 15 minutes.
