I don’t know if you struggled with clenching at all, (my biggest issue) but did you still clench down on the mouthguard for a while or is that normal and still see results? I still find myself clenching very hard when I wake up

I saw a lot of ppl talk abt how reviv too help widen their palate and straighten their teeth, in only two weeks a saw a significant change in my jawline, it looks more extended. I’m very recessed and hopefully after a year of wearing it I will have notice a good change. Wear mouth guards and sleeping on you back also helps with face asymmetry:)

Moving teeth requires constant pressure and a mouthgard that fits your bite already fits your bite it wont change anything cause it fits. Get a slightly bigger mouth guard and now you risk ruining your teeh mightaswell get braces

She's talking about the joints on top of your palate. If you put your thumbs on the inner side of your upper gums, with your palms facing up your can gently stretch it. It feels fucking awesome, but I wouldn't use something as forceful as a mouthguard. I got chronic pain from wearing braces, now I'm trying to corrext it.
