Tax Girlie here! I do all the internal tax returns (LARGE amounts of software) & asset management for a company (also do outside client returns) and for 7 years I had a Dell desktop that ran like a tank! We had a partner that could destroy a laptop every year no matter what we gave him! They finally bought him a Thinkpad he couldn’t destroy, when Covid hit & they sent us home to work, I told IT don’t you DARE order me a POS Dell laptop, get me a Thinkpad like John’s! 6 years later that bad boy is still going strong! As the asset manager since we started the transition of replacing the Dells with Lenovos the turnover on laptops has dropped to almost zero with the Thinkpads!
