But I totally get it. I'm in school to become a Functional Health Practitioner, and I cant go anywhere without seeing so many people in metabolic chaos! I want to take everyone and shake them, and be like, WAKE UP!! YOUR BODY IS SCREAMING AT YOU! I cant wait to graduate, so I can help so many people get back to health. Yes, so at work we all had to go back in the office and there’s a lady there that is obsessed with food! Like she’s always planning the next potluck, brings in donuts daily, has a snack drawer and it’s kind of shocking to see how much she talks about food! And I’m sure I was that way before too or at least somewhat!

When I worked in a big office… they had Fat Fridays potluck. All day long. At that time in my life, I couldn’t get enough to eat. Now…. I Pass and don’t participate.
