I have perio stage 1 and I have some black triangles (small) but the biggest one is my front teeth but no recession on the bottom of my teeth. I hate the black triangles so much 💀 even though my mom tells me it’s not that noticeable

One of my instructors in dental hygiene school said that recession can’t be caused by hard toothbrushing🧐 I still don’t get that bc I see it all the time with hard brushes 🤣

I have recession on my 2 front bottom left teeth, the gum tissue is tender, they get sore and taste salty. I keep up a healthy oral routine but I’m anemic and wear retainers, so maybe those factors r contributing to it somehow? I’m not sure but I’m 19 and so paranoid regarding the longevity of my oral situation💔
